Under the action of the drive motor, the sorting screen is connected with the support seat and the sieve plate through the active and passive transmission mechanism composed of the active shaft, the passive shaft and the eccentric wheel to form a parallel four-bar mechanism, and the sieve plate produces a reciprocating circular motion similar to bouncing.

According to the different climbing ability and bouncing performance of different materials, the materials input from the feeding port are separated into three types during the screening process: large particle size, good rebound effect, heavy, rolling material (such as plastic bottles, wood, cans, etc.) ; small particle size , materials under the screen with poor rebound effect (such as sand, food residues,etc.); large particle size, flat and light materials with poor rebound effect (film, paper, cardboard,etc). The different types of materials will be collected and received from different discharge hole.
